Out and about as lockdown restrictions continue to ease

AS England's Lockdown continues to ease, many are warning that this could be to early, but with many businesses on the verge of bankruptcy, for some, this easing could not have come sooner.  We popped out on 4 July 2020 to take a look as people braved the rain and wind to visit hair dressers, barbers, pubs, cinemas and restaurants. From what we found in both Southport and Formby, the atmosphere in the most part was very reserved.
