Miss Liverpool City Region Contestants Canal Clean

THIS footage is of a litter pick being done by contestants from the Miss Liverpool City Region (Miss England Heat) competition, supporting the Canal and Rivers Trust's #PlasticsChallenge and @KeepBritainTidy's #GBSeptemberClean. Due to Covid19 restrictions, not all the contestants could take part. This was the second group of 2 canal cleans along Liverpool and Leeds Canal, with contestants from the Miss Liverpool City Region.

Previously they had also done a litter pick on Hightown Beach, They have also been in talks with Dr Rashid Gatrad, the founder of W.A.S.U.P (World Against Single Use Plastic) about becoming ambassadors for W.A.S.U.P, within the Liverpool City area.
