Along the way, be immersed in stories of your City's history as you crack clues set on permanent features such as:- sculptures, signs and monuments, before solving the mystery at the end of the route.  The self guided 2.25 mile circular trail takes around 2.5 hours to complete at your own pace, beginning at Keel Wharf and journeying through Liverpool's historic streets and waterfront. If you complete the quest, you'll be entered into a ₤100 monthly draw!

There are over 1,200 Treasure Trails across the UK and three themes of trails to choose from:- Treasure Hunt, Spy Mission or Murder Mystery. The new Albert Docks and Pier Head trail joins 3 other Treasure Trails in Liverpool that explore different areas. Why not try them all?

Detectives appeal for information following burglary at Post Office in Crosby

MERSEYSIDE Police Detectives, in Sefton, are appealing for information after a burglary at a Post Office, in Crosby, at around 2.20am. We are told that both Merseyside Police Officers and Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service (MFRS) were called to College Road following reports of money being stolen from an ATM at the Post Office. It is believed that access was gained through a small explosion at the front of the premises, although we are still establishing the circumstances. Later a cash box was found nearby.

Detectives Inspector Catherine Walsh said:- "Thankfully it appears that no injuries were caused in this incident. However, this is an extremely dangerous way to target any premises, which clearly puts members of the public at risk. The damage and inconvenience to the business is also significant. We have shown before in successful operations that we will use all available means to identify and bring to justice those identified. We are particularly keen to speak to anyone who saw any suspicious activity in and around College Road, at around 2am, and if you live locally and have home CCTV or dashcam, please check and let us know. We will take positive action and remove these dangers from the streets."
