Southport's newest estate agent has seen its 1st boards go up today, after a hectic 1st 4 days of business

SOUTHPORT based Sterling Estate Agency launched on 1 December 2020 with an unbeatable offer to waive its fees on the 1st 10 homes it sells. The company has enjoyed a huge response, with 17 properties coming onto its books already. Now they're appealing for more homes to sell, with a number of potential buyers already lined up. Sterling Estate Agency is also pledging to donate proceeds from some of its sales to a different local charity each quarter with Queenscourt Hospice in Southport being the 1st beneficiary.

Director Mark Jackson said:- "I'm delighted to see our 1st boards go up today! It's been a hectic 1st 4 days of business for us with 17, yes, 17,,, properties coming onto our books to sell which makes for a busy weekend of viewings, not to mention the sales we have already agreed. I have been blown away by how big the demand still is for property at this time of year and we have more buyers registered with us than we have properties to sell which means we need more. So I am extending our offer to sell your property for free for another 10 properties so if you're thinking of selling or already have a property on the market but don't feel you're getting the right service then please give me a call on:- 01704601012 or send us a message on Facebook for a no obligation, free valuation."

Sterling Estate Agency is run by Director Mark Jackson. The firm combines traditional estate agency methods with technology used by online agents mixed in with their own cutting edge marketing techniques to deliver a comprehensive service to sell your property for a great price and a timescale to suit. The firm is based in Southport, but also covers areas including:- Banks, Ormskirk, Tarleton, Hesketh Bank and Formby.

THE Government's Covid19 restrictions have delayed the work and opening of a new micro pub in Formby Village.  The Tin Pot will be a small micro pub, located by the Formby Post Office, in the Village Centre.

We are told that it will be open as soon as the Government allows, but in the interim, they are putting builders are putting the finishing touches to it.  It is fantastic to see yet another new business opening in the Village.
