Despite the rain and the cold, the events where both
entertaining for all who went. We picked to cover

the start of the preparations for what will be an
amazing New Year Eve event and the start of the
cities year of being European Capital Of Culture.

Atomic Kitten Natasha Hamilton, X-Factor stars Eton
Road, Liverpool FC’s Jamie Carragher and Everton
FC’s Victor Anichebe and also landing on the roof of
North Entrance of St George’s Hall was Father
Christmas, who abseiled down with the button to turn
on the cities lights.
