Music Week, Liverpool 08 Starts On A High Note Thanks To 'The
Fall'...
THE start of
Liverpool's MTV Music Week started on Thursday, 30 October 2008 with
a fantastic set of gigs around the city. The main gig
was held at the legendary club 'Nation' that is the
home of the international acclaimed 'Cream'
events. Taking to the stage was the band 'The Fall'
with fantastic support acts, Misery Guts, K**** K**** (Kling Kland) and Seal Club
Clubbing Club. The night was a glowing example of
what Liverpool is about; good music and good entertainment. The
local supporting bands where all highly talented and very
motivated... The music week continues throughout this week, with
some events being free to join in with or to watch! We
recommend you visit the venues holding the events and sample this
amazing atmosphere for your self. Also show your support for
the local bands, get on down to Liverpool City Centre this week! It
is not just local bands though taking part... keep a look out for
more big names..!
