X-Factor at Superstar
Boudoir
THE bank holiday weekend was the
1st Birthday Party of Superstar Boudoir in Southport. The venue is
well known for it's colourful and entertaining events and Sunday, 3
May 2009, was no exception. The night was slow to start, but built
up and up as the nightlife community came to the town. Many of the
town's X-Factor fans flocked over to the venue to see Austin Drage
performing live on stage. Just before the event, he popped into
presenter and DJ, Wynnie La Freak's Winnebago for a cup of tea and
to escape the mass of screaming young ladies who had, by then,
descended on the club. Even in the van he was not safe, as autograph
hunters quickly tracked him down. The night was a fantastic success
and very entertaining. We wish the club 'all the best' for the
future and we look forward to seeing what is in store during the
years to come. Interestingly, the event even got picked up by the
national press,,, it was that good!
