THE Latin Lounge has a warm and welcoming atmosphere every time we go in, so it is not surprising to find talented singers performing their. This is just what Kat Daggers from Preston delivered on Saturday, 12 September 2009. Kat is a highly talented singer - song writer, who continues to get better every time I see her. I feel that if she is given a chance, she will do exceptionally well. He voice is very easy on the ears and she looks stunning as well. What more could you want to see and hear when on a night out?

Southport International Festival 2009

THE Southport International Festival was held on Sunday, 3 September 2009 and was extremely successful. The event was run by the Elim Christian, on Manchester Road, Southport, with support of the Champion Newspaper. The event was aimed at promoting the social harmony and integration of Southport's international community. This was a community and charity event for all the family, with out any in for face Christian preaching. The event was very relaxed and highly entertaining. This was a new event for Southport and we hope it will return for years to come. Well done to all who took part in what was a fantastic event for braking down negative perceptions and fears and showing off our towns international diversity.
