Who Is This Dr Who - Torchwood Actor & Why Was He In Liverpool?

THE Liverpool Philharmonic Hall had actor and singer, John Barrowman, who is best known for playing Captain Jack Harkness in the BBC series' Torchwood & Dr Who, preforming with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra.
