Filming of Noble raps in Southport

ON Friday, 8 March 2013, the film crew shooting a period feature film called:- "Christina Noble", returned for the last time to wrap up its shots at the Union Street set. After shooting in Vietnam, Destiny Films Limited's cast and crew were based at the Liverpool Film Studios and have been heading out to locations in and around Liverpool over February and March 2013. Some of the locations that the crew had visited on Merseyside, were in Southport. Sadly, the last day of filming for the cast and crew in Southport was a very, very wet and cold one, as you can see from our photographs. One of the crew commented jokingly to us:- "It is like working in an icy cold monsoon. We are definitely back in the UK." A week before, they had shot in the cold; but it had been far drier.
