Heswall Summer Fair supports Merseyside Red Cross
THE summer is coming and supporters of the British Red Cross have a fantastic, family fun day planned. Heswall Summer Fair will take place on Saturday, 6 June 2015, at Puddydale Park, Heswall, from 10am to 4pm.
The event which is proudly sponsored by Karl
Tatler Estate Agents and Lettings is set to be a summer highlight for the local
community.
Fairground rides and games, over 40 stalls including a Real Ale Bar,
entertainment and plentiful refreshments offers something for everyone. The
event will also feature a Red Cross Village which will include volunteers giving
first aid demonstrations, Red Cross emergency vehicles on show and Heswall Fire
Brigade will be there with a fire engine.
Senior Community Fundraiser Tina Robinson said:- "Come and join us for our
first Heswall Summer Fair! There will be a vast array of stalls, we have a great
entertainment line-up and rides and games for children. You can also learn some
essential lifesaving first aid skills in our 'Red Cross Village'. The British
Red Cross offer an incredible service helping people in crisis not just around
the world but also here locally on the Wirral. This event will raise vital funds
for Merseyside Red Cross to continue services such as Fire and emergency
support, mobility aid loans and teaching 1st Aid to children in school."
