JUST off Southport Neville Street is the Cable Street, home of not 1, but 3 amazing live music venues. The road might be small but delivers a very unique live music experience that fits most tastes. The biggest venue is the well known Fox and Goose. Across the road from that bar is the Ship and Anchor Pub, and also the fantastic O'Leary's Irish Bar. On Friday, 11 September 2015, we popped in to both Fox and Goose and the Ship and Anchor Pub to see April Moon playing and The Late Night Oil... If you want good music, please visit these venues and help them to keep Southport's night life live!
