Our message to
the people of France
following the Paris Attack
"OUR thoughts go out
to those affected by the horrific carnage in Paris, France, that happened on
the 13 November 2015. This barbaric act has shaken the World and no
words we can put down on here can convey what your nation must be feeling.
We think people still have to reckon with the consequences of what happened.
We hope that this horrific and barbaric act does not lead us to rash actions
of retaliation, but 1 that will lead to peace. These terrorists should not
break your spirit, as the whole of the civilised world is looking on these
acts of violence, unleashed on your wonderful people, with disgust. We all
express the same solidarity with your nation. No words that we can write
will ever bring back those lost, or take away the pain of the victims'
families, friends and loved ones. All we can offer is our thoughts and
prayers, for the victim's families and friends during this sad time. I am
sure that most of my compatriots echo these sentiments."
