"Blofeld and Baxter" -
hear the tales from the travels of 2 of the world's best loved broadcasters
A brand new show containing all new
tales from the travels of 2 of the world's best loved broadcasters comes to
the Epstein Theatre, at 7.30pm, on 10 March 2016 and just for £19 a ticket!
Emma Brünjes Productions proudly presents Blofeld and Baxter featuring the
duo's rip roaringly funny antics on the road which will appeal to cricket
fans and non cricket fans alike. Blowers and Backers are back by popular
demand for a Spring extension of their hit 2015 show Rogues on the Road;
crammed full of even more wonderful (and occasionally outrageous) anecdotes
from two extensive careers spent broadcasting around the globe. Bastions of
the beloved Test Match Special with over 80 years in the commentary box and
touring the globe between them, Henry and Peter have some tales to tell.
Henry 'My Dear Old Thing' Blofeld is 1 of Britain's most loved
and recognisable broadcasters, while legendary producer of TMS Peter Baxter
has been corralling lost passports, misplaced visas, and errant broadcasters
for over 34 years. Between them they've seen plenty of shenanigans across
the years and across the globe, so come ready to be shocked and entertained
by good men behaving badly. Theatre manager, Rebekah Pichilingi said:-
"Whether you're a die-hard Ashes fan or the least sporty person ever,
you can't fail to be entertained by Blofeld and Baxter's hilarious tales. We
look forward to welcoming the legendary cricket commentators to the Epstein
stage!"

Sooty's TV partner, Richard Cadell, said:- "Sooty, being a brilliant

it's the audience that's in for the drenching…!"
Soo admitted:- "I'm hoping to take Dorothy shopping for shoes; I've
always felt that ruby slippers clash with gingham!"
Meanwhile, Sooty whispered:- "I think Richard is perfectly cast as the
scarecrow as he's never had a brain! The panto is going to be a spectacular
