Local Gardener Lights up Formby "for Dan" this Christmas

A local gardener, James Comish is again lighting up a street, in Formby, for 2018. He is not only bringing Christmas cheer to those around them, but also raising funds for a campaign called:- "Do it for Dan."  Dan suffers from quadriplegic cerebral palsy and this means he cannot talk, sit by himself or use his arms and legs independently.

Every year, for the past 7 years, several times a year, Dan and his parents have travelled for treatment from the UK to ABR Belgium, for therapy, in order to get help building up his strength and coordination. Dan's family have said that they are continually amazed by the results of ABR Belgium efforts.

Dan's family told us:- "We would like to thank the community for all its continued support and help in raising the ₤2500 needed for each trip. Without the help and fundraising activities like this, we could not do it for Dan."
