Pleasureland's Day Of The Dead 2019 - Part 2

SOUTHPORT Pleasureland's 'Day Of The Dead' was held on 2 November 2019. The event was marking the close of the 2019 season along with Halloween and Bonfire Night. The event started with the 'Bring the Fire Project Skeletons' performing with flames for a truly spectacular start. Next up were 'Creo Dance Company,' who performed their "Day of the Dead" special number and skeletons dancing with fire on the roof tops. Next came the LED juggler and spinners with an interactive light display, finishing that section of entertainment was the carnival band 'Katumba,' whose drumming would definitely have woken the dead. Next up were the magical fire goddesses performing to the beat of the 'Katumba Drummers.'

Then came a flaming showdown sword fight between 2 duelling skeletons. The night ended with another performance by 'Bring The Fire Project' and a Firework display. These are some more photos we took at the event. We would love to know what you thought of it. If you attended, please do let us know via emailing us at:- News24@SouthportReporter.Com

The park will reopen in March 2020. For more information, please visit:- SouthportPleasureland.com.  If you missed the photos we used in the previous edition please click here now.
