This is in accordance with norm al policy for outdoor theatre events. Only in the event of very, exceptional severe weather conditions will the Formby Hall Garden Party be considered for cancellation. Refunds will riot he considered after the event has begun. The Millennium Committee reserves the right to make alterations to
