American wrestling star Scotty 2 Hotty comes to Liverpool in March 2022

1 of the World Wrestling Entertainment's (WWE) biggest stars in their most successful business periods will be visiting the City of Liverpool, yes in the UK, for a series of appearances. Scotty 2 Hotty, famous for his performances with stars such as The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin, will be coming to Town on 10 March and 11 March 2022.

Scotty 2 Hotty electrified audiences for the better part of a decade as part of the group Too Cool with partners Rikishi and Grand Master Sexay in the WWF, now known as the WWE. Now, in March, he'll be arriving in England as part of a UK tour.

Scotty, real name Scott Garland, will be visiting Liverpool-based promotion TNT Extreme Wrestling and will be appearing on their wrestling show Thrill Kill on the evening of March 10th. Then, the following evening, a special Q&A event called An Evening With Scotty 2 Hotty discussing unheard stories from his career will take place.

At Thrill Kill, Scotty will be taking on:- "The Damn Dirty Dog" Gene Munny in a special bout officiated by Irish wrestling legend:- "Session Moth" Martina.

The Q&A event will emanate from the Top Rope Brewery in Bootle, where there will be a live interview with Scotty 2 Hotty, as well as an unveiling of their brand new craft beer, Scotty 2 Hoppy.

Jay Apter, TNT owner stated:- "We can't wait to bring this absolute legend of the business to Liverpool. We're committed to giving the fans great memories and we believe this will be another great night for us and for wrestling fans."

Thrill Kill will also see Clint Margera taking on US wrestling star Alex Colon, as well as Dan Moloney defending his TNT World Championship against former Impact Wrestling standout Ace Romero.

TNT Extreme Wrestling was established in 2015 and has grown into 1 of the largest wrestling companies in the UK. They have played host to international talents such as Scott Hall, Pete Dunne, and Pentagon Jr.

A St Helens based car repairs and tyres service on 21 February 2022 launched a fundraising drive to repair the Tunza Pride and has donated ₤5,000 of its own money. Fastlane Autocare, headquartered at Boundary Road, is raising funds for the neighbouring community centre, run by the Children and Young Persons Welfare Charity so that it can repair damage sustained in recent stormy weather. The UK has been recently battered by Storm Eunice, Storm Dudley and Storm Franklin, and the Tunza Pride Centre was 1 of many casualties, with an external structure suffering particularly severe damage. Tunza Pride is owned and operated by a charity that supports children and underprivileged people, and operates as a function room and meeting place.
