Centre market will host many of the City's
artisanal farmers, producers, makers and
cultivators, with stalls showcasing the wonderful

the Region. There's an abundance of independent
traders doing amazing work in the fields and farms
around Liverpool, and the Producers' Market will
help bring this to life during the weekend with
their wonderful wares available to buy. Details on
the traders taking part and locations will be
announced soon.
Bordeaux Wine Tasting Experience... Tickets for
the Bordeaux Wine Experience are on sale, which
takes place at the palatial Town Hall. French
flair will meet Scouse style with a touch of
theatre for all to enjoy, blending the classic
appeal of the breath taking building with modern
flourishes including a DJ and MC. Tickets include
six tasting glasses of Bordeaux wine; a
complimentary Bordeaux wine glass; entrance to
wine masterclasses throughout the day; the
opportunity to talk to the world's finest wine
producers. As the only UK City to host the
Bordeaux Wine Festival this year, it's a
prestigious honour to continue the partnership
with the wine producing Region.
Sessions spread across each day of Taste
Liverpool. Drink Bordeaux: TcketQuarter.Co.UK.
Good Tasting Music... To help bring the streets of
Liverpool to life during the festival, 3
performance spaces across the City Centre will
play host to an eclectic mix of musicians over the
4 days of the festival. For a UNESCO City of
music, this will be a tasty line up keeping
everyone entertained from lunch until dinner.
Lunchtime Special... Between 12.00 and 14.00 each
day, a series of pop-up performances and family
friendly activations will either help build up
everyone's appetites or burn off the lovely
lunches. Taking place across Hope Street, Bold
Street and Castle Street, keep an eye out for
these little. More info is coming soon.
The Bordeaux Bar in Martin's Bank... In what is
quite possibly Liverpool's grandest venue, the
Martins Bank will open its doors after being
closed to the public for many years. The historic
site is a truly awe inspiring building, like a
film set brought to life, and each day through the
festival will host a range of affordable Bordeaux
wines and fine- dining snacks from The Art School.
Martins Bank will also host the Taste Liverpool.
Drink Bordeaux's launch on Thursday, a
commonwealth celebration lunch and a grand dinner
on Saturday night with a Royal Liverpool
Philharmonic Orchestra string quartet and chilled
music from local DJs.
