Roberta Lee returns yet again to Coopers Bar in Southport

ON Saturday, 8 October 2022, Robert Lloyd, aka Roberta Lee, retuned to Coopers Bar in Southport for another intimate show. On the night he was also raising funds for Queenscourt Hospice. The show was very fast moving and included a raffle, along with 3 Birthday's, Katy Cross and Peter and Debbie Mcosh. A surprise on the night was our Editor, Patrick Trollope, getting his legs waxed to raise more funds for the charity.

The night was not as packed as the previous event, be design, as it allow those attending a better view of the show. In total the night managed to raise £140 for Queenscourt Hospice. Robert told us:- "I would like to say a very big thank you everyone who bought tickets for the show, and also the raffle tickets. I especially want to thank the owners of Coopers Bar:- Yvette Cooper for amazing food, Spud Cooper for tech and keeping the show running, and Ella Cooper for being the most amazing Hostess and Bar Manager. And not forgetting, Joanne Clarke for bringing all my work mates and getting us home safely and finally my dear friend Yvonne Burns for dressing me."
