'Right To Strike' protesters deliver petition to MP Damien Moore
A few people have asked if our Webcam was down, due to the Enough Is Enough Merseyside and the Fire Brigades Union protest. We can confirm that that was not the case. Yes, the building is the same building that houses MP Damien Moore, but this error is down to a damaged wire, that still being fixed, and hope to be online again very soon. We have had these photos of the petition to MP Damien Moore calling for him to defend the:- 'Right To Strike' being delivered to the ground floor of the building we are located in. Thanks to Cllr Laura Lunn Bates for sending the photos to us. Cllr Laura Lunn Bates has said on Twitter:- “It’s not a race to the bottom, it’s solidarity and a fight for a living wage for all. There is power in a union but we must fight these Tory anti trade union laws!”
Please note that we are interested in hearing from you all, so please do let us know your views on the:- 'Right To Strike,' by emailing our Newsroom at:- News24@SouthportReporter.Com.
