The BIG Model and Hobby Show postponed again

IT is with regret that the long-awaited return of the:- 'The BIG Model and Hobby Show 2021' which was to have taken place, at Aintree Racecourse, on 7 August, has again been postponed, due to the uncertainty of the Pandemic and restrictions which may apply. “Like so many other events, over the last 2 years, COVID19 has left us with little room to work in. The closure of the Southport Convention Centre, back in 2020, meant the cancellation of the show and loss of the deposit paid, but with thanks to Aintree Race Course, we pushed ahead to try and put on a show in 2021. Frustratingly, Covid has struck again, and it is with huge disappointment, we can no longer put on the show for 2021. The good news is, we have not given up and we are now working with Aintree Race Course to bring it back in 2022! We hope to be all systems go for 2022 and we will be back bigger and better. We are using this unexpected extra time to develop our plans and the show to make the 2022 event as inclusive and wide-ranging as possible. If you have any sports clubs, model clubs or any other hobby clubs, please do contact us via our website or Facebook Page, if you would like us to consider your club or organization for the 2022 show. Please stay safe and we look forward to seeing you all again next year.” Peter Wood. Organizer. The new date of the 2022 show will be announcements soon, please visit our website:- ModelAndHobbyShow.com.
