Rainhill Buyers to Benefit from Larger
Affordable Homes
A surge in demand for larger homes in Rainhill has
prompted house builder Countryside to introduce more 4 bedroom homes at
Stephenson Grove on Warrington Road. Prices at the development start at
£144,950. In response to customer feedback, the new 4 bedroom house types form part of
a redesign at Stephenson Grove, which will increase the number of larger homes
available to buyers. The new additions will be available through the
Government's popular Help to Buy scheme, which requires just 5% deposit, and
Countryside's own Part Exchange initiative, which is designed to take the stress
out of selling an existing home.
