Can you help find the next
of kin of Philip Smith?
THE Sefton Coroner's Office have issued
an appeal for the public's help to locate the family of a man found dead in a
flat in Waterloo, in July. Philip Smith was found dead, at Dean House, in Church
Road, Waterloo, on 29 July 2016. There are no suspicious circumstances
surrounding his death. Mr Smith was 54 years old when he died. Anyone who can
